First started as a cold call from his colleague that didn't really interest me. After a week or so, Xavier himself called me up & we managed to schedule a meet up after a few attempts. He is patient & willing to go through my existing policies (which I didn't know what they were for & have no agent reviewing them for me). He explained to me & recommended a solution for me. No hard selling by Xavier & i decided to go ahead with his proposed solution. He showed that he knows what he is doing & made me feel comfortable with my new policy.
